To fill out the form below, you will need:

Copy of government-issued ID
Headshot with a white background, shoulders up, no hat or cap (Asbestos refresher)
Most recent certificate (Asbestos refresher)

Registration Form Instructions

Please review the class calendar first to determine the available course dates before completing your registration.

Select the Course Name.
Enter the Scheduled Class Date you wish to attend.
Select your preferred Method of Attendance:
• In Person
• Online (via Zoom, refresher courses only)
Complete all required Student Information fields, including:
• Full Name
• Mailing Address
• Employer Information
• Contact Phone/Email Address
• Identification Information
Upload the required documentation. For the Asbestos refresher course, include government ID, headshot, and previous certificate if the course was not previously completed with Enviro-Con.
Select your preferred Method of Payment: Check, Zelle, or Credit card (Credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge). Payment is due by the day of the class, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Select “Submit”

Once your registration is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with additional course details and instructions.
