Position: Mold and Asbestos Trainer
Location: Houston, TX

We are seeking a Spanish & English-speaking Mold and Asbestos Trainer to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on and classroom training on mold remediation, asbestos safety, and abatement procedures. Your work will ensure that participants understand and apply the latest industry regulations, safety protocols, and best practices
in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training on mold and asbestos remediation for various experience levels
- Ensure all materials align with current safety regulations and best practices
- Lead hands-on demonstrations, safety drills, and real-world simulations
- Evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate feedback for improvement
- Provide certification and documentation of training completion
- Stay current on industry updates, new technologies, and emerging safety methods
Qualifications:
- Certification and experience in mold and/or asbestos programs per EPA/OSHA
standards - Eligible to teach Mold/Asbestos Awareness, Worker, Supervisor, and Program
Management courses - Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (professional proficiency)
- Experienced in adult education and technical instruction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing training programs independently
- Based in the Houston area
